Sad, painful to watch, not surprising though. Interesting that the narrator describes jumps happening over a “next couple of days…” We know that the State Park in SA later considered prosecuting Jeb for jumping without a permit (that they never would have issued). My question is; How exactly did the authorities not become aware during the course of these jumps? There were obviously lots of spectators. Weird.

I had no idea the park was considering prosecuting Jeb for the jump(s). Considering this was being shot for HBO, you’d think they’d have all that sorted out beforehand.

According to the reports I read, the Table Moutain Park folks considered, then discarded the idea of prosecuting, apparently deciding that the guy has suffered enough, I think I recall that they still intended to levy fines for violating Park usage rules. The HBO folks also claimed that they had assumed Jeb had taken care of any permitting issues. The Park said they would have never permitted the activity, and were banning the HBO folks and Jeb from ever entering the park again.

Looks like he was pushing the limits on the ¨proximity base jumping¨ sport but this guy is very lucky, never the less he´s used to it and that´s he´s dream so dream on looks radical!!! =)
